Visit Caucasus reserves the right to refuse to publish, edit, restrict or remove any listing that does not comply with these Terms, the site’s rules, or applicable law.

1. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

2. User Agreement

Users agree to post only real, lawful information that accurately reflects the content of their listing.
It is prohibited to post or distribute:

• unlawful, threatening, offensive, defamatory, or indecent content;
• material that violates the rights, honor, dignity, or privacy of others;
• material protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, without proper authorization;
• listings based on fraud, false data, or misleading information;
• information that facilitates criminal or other unlawful activity;
• listings for weapons, drugs, hazardous substances, or other goods and services prohibited by law;
• listings for stolen goods or other unlawfully obtained property;
• files or materials containing viruses or other harmful components.

Visit Caucasus reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, the site’s rules, or applicable law.

4. Content of Listings

Responsibility for the content of listings published on the site lies with the user who posted them.
Visit Caucasus is a listings platform and is not a party to any sale, rental, or service transaction carried out between users.
The site is not the owner or seller of any product, property, or service referenced in a listing, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each user independently decides whether to contact another user, enter into a transaction, or make use of an offered product or service.
Users are advised to independently verify the accuracy of the information in a listing, the condition of the product or property, ownership rights, documentation, and the details of the other party, before entering into any transaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Disputes, claims, and disagreements arising between users are to be resolved directly between the parties concerned, in accordance with applicable law.
The presence of a listing on the site does not imply that Visit Caucasus endorses or guarantees the quality or legality of the product, property, or service, or the reliability of the seller, lessor, or service provider.

If the user fails to provide the requested information or provides inaccurate data, Visit Caucasus may restrict that user’s access to the site or remove the relevant listing.

These websites are not under the control of Visit Caucasus, and we are not responsible for their content, security, availability, accuracy, or actions.
